The best time to visit Baguio City is during the dry season, which is from November to May. If you'll visit within this period you'll be able to experience the festive Christmas Wonderland in Baguio in December and the Panagbenga.

Best Mode of Transportation in Baguio City

Public transportation is available in Baguio City. You can ride jeeps and taxis around the city, or vans if you want to travel outside Baguio City.

Personally, taxi is the best mode of transportation if you're going around Baguio City. They are a bit more expensive than jeeps, but the struggle of riding a jeep is that you have to learn the different routes and you have to know where to get off especially when going to non-touristy landmarks.

Driving a private car is okay, but the struggle would be looking for a parking space. Baguio City is a walkable city, and some areas don't have parking spaces. I know people who drive cars going to Baguio end up leaving their cars in their accommodation and commuting while in the city.
